Asked to audit and analysis a mobile kiosk based in a Dublin shopping centre, which had been designed in-house by BSI

Identified why kiosk was not performing, including poor signposting and merchandising densities, and lack of clear brand identity

Re-design greatly improved performance, matching best week (Xmas) in the first week of trading, and increasing average spend by 10%
